Fun Facts about Layton: He celebrated his one-year anniversary with his wife Brook, in October. They did a little hunting and then headed to Red Deer so Layton could compete at the Canadian Finals. He sealed his bid for his fourth NFR qualification at the Pendleton Round-Up earning $7,344 on the grass. Having his name added to the list of Pendleton champions will likely be one of his favorite memories. Brook has had a career as a power engineer. This year, she and Layton have been doing some engineering of their own and are expecting their first child. They are hoping to make more memories in Las Vegas that they can share with their future hunting partner.
