The 2023 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo presented by Teton Ridge has come and gone. On Dec. 16, the PRCA crowned eight new world champions inside the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Rookie bareback rider Keenan Hayes stole the show, winning Resistol Rookie of the Year, the NFR Average title, and a PRCA World Championship at his first Wrangler NFR.
