#InCaseYouMissedIt: Lima Goes Back-To-Back in Nampa, Domino Makes a Splash and More
By: Darci Miller
We’re not sure what magic Ramon de Lima has going on in Nampa, Idaho, but we do know that it’s working. Plus, we saw the highest bull score in a year and a half, a close friend paid tribute to Flint Rasmussen ahead of his retirement, and more. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.
On the Unleash The Beast…
Ramon de Lima’s last premier series event win was in 2022 in Nampa, Idaho. This year, he returned to Nampa for the PBR Gem State Bucking Battle, presented by Cooper Tires, and went 3-for-3 for the event win. That’s what we call consistent!
If you’ve never heard of Domino, take note – the bovine earned a 47.75-point bull score, the highest since the 2021 PBR World Finals, and bullfighter Cody Webster insists that this bull will be a World Champion sooner rather than later.
Tate Pollmeier is quietly putting together a very nice rookie season. The 18-year-old won his second round of the season with his Round 1 victory in Nampa, ultimately finishing second overall and improving to No. 14 in the UTB standings.
In the Touring Pro Division…
